such a perfect day....

I love today. I woke up with the sun shining on my face. When you're living in England, that's a rarity.

I also went shopping today. I bought 1) A black polo neck sweater 2) A cornflower blue macrame belt 3)pretty underwear 4) a pair of really cute pyjamas 5) cow socks with a pink heel 6) 2 CDs 7) Shower Gel 8) Cadbury's Chocolate Eggs for Daisy....and I spent...only 25£! If that isn't the most beautiful thing ever, I don't know what is. Hounslow is heaven.

Not only that, I've been complimented a lot lately. That guy who likes me? Yep, found out who it is. It's Shoaib! He's Pakistani, and really REALLY nice. Not bad looking either. I don't really know him since we've never had a real conversation but somehow it's really flattering that he's attracted to me without even knowing me. If he asks me out on a date, like Anwar said he might, I'm going to say yes. Hell,it's been so long since something like this has happened to me, I'd best revel in the feeling.

Um,also, Anwar told me last night that if he wasn't with Aneeshka, and if Shoaib didn't like me, he'd ask me out. I thought he was kidding, just being a flirt, and so I laughed it off. But he proceeded to tell me that I was the most 'exceptional' girl he had ever known, and also one of the 'sweetest and cutest'. After which he said, he wanted to break up with Aneeshka. I'm not really sure what to make of all of this. He asked me out to dinner today, which I'm presuming is platonic under the circumstances. It's Thai Food, though. Of course, I accepted!

This Ghost World t-shirt is proving to be very lucky for me. I hope this streak lasts longer.
