I don't know what to do.

What do you do when you can't bring yourself to talk to people because you're too fucking intimidated? Not just any people but the people you hold dearest to you, the people you love ,for Christ's sake. Because you're not good enough or smart enough or...worth (there's that word again)much. You know they'll love you unconditionally, but that's not the point. You don't want them to think you're stupid, so you stop interacting with them.

What do you do when that happens?
